Stihl FSA90R Cordless Brushcutter

The Stihl FSA90R Cordless Brushcutter is a professional machine built for large areas of tough grass with obstacles such as trees and fences. The FSA90R is part of the STIHL AP System range and, like all machines in the range, is compatible with STIHL’s AP batteries and chargers.

Packed with features, the FSA90R has a 380mm cutting diameter, loop handle, single shoulder harness and the AutoCut 25-2 mowing head.

Loop Handle

Features a loop handle for a comfortable, ergonomic grip position. The loop handle can be easily adjusted to suit the operator.

Stihl ECOSPEED

Enjoy longer run times with Stihl’s EcoSpeed technology. EcoSpeed allows the operator to control the speed of the cutting head to suit the cutting conditions, making most efficient use of the battery.

Quiet Operation

The FSA90R is a quiet machine, so much so that Stihl say that hearing protection isn’t required.

AutoCut Mowing Head

Fitted with the Stihl AutoCut 25-2 cutting head, the mowing line automatically feeds from the head when the mowing head is gently tapped on the ground. When it is time to refill with mowing line, refilling the head is a simple job. Optional PolyCut blades can also be used.

Battery, Charger and Run Times

For the FSA90R Stihl recommend the AP 300 battery and AL 301 charger (both sold separately). Maximum working times with nylon line mowing head are:

• FAS90R with AP 100 battery – 12 minutes
• FSA90R with AP 200 battery – 24 minutes
• FSA90R with AP 300 battery – 30 minutes (recommended combination)
• FSA90R with AP 300S battery – 37 minutes
• FSA90R with AP 500S battery – 44 minutes
