Stihl GHE150 Electric Garden Shredder

Powered by a 2000 watt electric motor, the Stihl GHE150 is a compact chipper shredder for the volume reduction of garden waste such as twigs, branches, hedge clippings and leaves.

The GHE150 is best suited to hard garden waste such as branches, twigs and woody hedge clippings but smaller volumes of softer green waste such as flower cuttings, leaves and thin twigs can also be processed. The short, inclined feed chute combined with the cloverleaf design of the opening make feeding the GHE150 easy and effortless.

The maximum cutting capacity of the GHE150 is 35mm.

Noise is kept to a minimum thanks to a noise reducing blade disc and the blades are reversible for added longevity.

Processed garden waste is ideal for composting, putting back on the garden as a mulch or simply popping in your recycling bin.

Access to the shredding chamber for cleaning and blade reversal or replacement is very easy. Simply loosen two thumb wheels and the hopper can be removed very quickly.

Safety is paramount when using a garden shredder so the exit from the shredding chamber is fully guarded to minimise the possibly of flying debris and a safety switch prevents the machine from operating with the chute removed.
