Stihl KM94RC-E Kombi Power Unit

The Stihl KM94RC-E is a power source for the range of attachments from Stihl’s KombiSystem. Once you have the engine you can add attachments as necessary to build up your KombiSystem allowing you to undertake a variety of different garden and property maintenance jobs. 

The KM94RC-E is intended for the discerning homeowner and light commercial user. With just one power unit to tackle a number of different jobs you save money, storage space and transportation space.

Power is provided by a fuel efficient Stihl 2-Mix engine which is fitted with Stihl’s ErgoStart system. ErgoStart is a spring assisted starting system which helps to make starting the engine feel almost effortless. Stihl have also fitted their ECOSPEED control which allows you to limit the engine’s maximum speed thereby saving fuel and reducing noise when full engine revs are not needed.

Stihl have designed the KM94RC-E to be comfortable to use with the full range of attachments and it is supplied with a single strap harness which helps takes the weight of the system when in use.

Stihl’s joint and locking system makes changing attachments quick and easy. Simply loosen the clamp (no tools needed), slide in the attachment and tighten the clamp again. 

The Stihl KombiSystem has a wide range of attachments available which include:-

Blower – powerful airflow to tidy up fallen leaves and light debris.

Brush – for sweeping grass clippings, leaves and debris on a variety of surfaces.

Brushcutters – with either a nylon line head or a metal blade for making light work of undergrowth, rough grass, weeds and scrub.

Extension Shafts – 50cm and 1m extension shafts for use with the power pruner and hedgetrimmer attachments to provide extra reach.

Hedgetrimmers – long reach hedgetrimmers of different lengths and angles for trimming and shaping tall hedges and bushes.

Lawn Edgers – curved and straight shaft edgers to create a neat finish to lawn edges.

Pick Tine – a small cultivator designed for tilling small areas such as vegetable patches and flower beds.

Power Pruner – for pruning high branches.
